KH: Meeting scheduling
-KH: 48 hours notice before meeting. Reminder helps with people attending
MH: Agreed, will make sure to inform on time
-JP: Lettuce-meet's should be filled so that meetings can be organised. People should communicate beforehand if they have scheduling issues. With communication, things can be avoided. This way things can be prevented from getting deep.
- MH: agreed, communicatiion is key.
-JP: when we organise meetings, sometimes slots have to be picked when no one is available.
-MH: the only slots available for me were where no one is available.
JP: Yeah, does not mean any favourites

MH: should only ask qdms to do that
kh: yeah, but if not official training, it should be fine
mh: agreed, no problem with me. If you do ask someone to "train" a steward, should be a qdm. rest happens anyways, helping them is fine
